Hello, Affiliate Subordinates, I have been trying to think of a way to get you the information for becoming compliant with the new governance rules for local affiliates; I have decided the best way is to just load the information from the ASRT.

At ASRT, questions regarding submission need to be addressed to Cathy Dressin at 800-444-2778 ext. 1273. She is willing to answer questions and help with this.

Once you have all the necessary signatures, mail your completed form with a copy of your by-laws and the $160 affiliation fee to the office.
